Lloyd scores ridiculous hat trick in US World Cup win

The 2015 Women's World Cup Finals between the United States and Japan was practically over in the first 15 minutes, all thanks to Carli Lloyd's brilliance.

Lloyd acored a hat trick in the first half that put the Americans ahead, 4-0, before cruising to a 5-2 win and their third World Cup.

The American star scored her first two goals in the first five minutes. Teammate Lauren Holiday added another one in the 14th minute but Lloyd nailed an incredible shot near midfield to essentially ice the game.

Per ESPN Stats & Info, Lloyd is also the first player with a hat trick in a Women's World Cup Final.

Pretty good day for her and America.
