From the court to the pitch: Steve Nash training for professional football stint

Months after hanging his basketball sneakers up, former two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash a return to professional sports, but this time in the football pitch.
According to a report from the New York Daily News website, Steve Nash has been training with the B team of the National Premier Soccer League’s New York Cosmos.
Aside from that, he may also see some playing time as the Cosmos play the Rhode Island Reds on Sunday, (Monday, Manila time).
The Canadian floor general has always been a fan of football, and if all goes well, the 41-year old Nash could possibly find himself a new career after basketball.
