The latest FIFA World Rankings released Thursday showed no movement for the Philippines as they stay still at 125th place.

The inactivity comes as no surprise, as the Azkals have not seen any action since June, defeating Yemen in the Group Stages of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

The senior national team however, will have quite a busy September, as they take on the Maldives in an international friendly on September 3, followed by a Qualifiers match against Uzbekistan just five days later.

The Philippines remains as the highest ranked nation in Southeast Asia.

Argentina remains atop the World Rankings, followed by Belgium, World Cup winners Germany, Colombia, and Brazil.

Iran is still the highest ranked nation in Asia, ranked 40th, while Korea Republic comes in at 57th, followed by Japan at 58th and Australia at 61st.
