PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Colombia star James Rodriguez will miss his nation's Copa America match on Tuesday against Paraguay.
Rodriguez, known internationally by his first name, hurt his left shoulder in a 2-0 victory over the United States to open the tournament. On Monday, the Colombian soccer federation announced that the team captain would not be available against Paraguay, which drew with Costa Rica in its opener.
He scored on a penalty kick in the victory over the Americans.
