MVP Gayoso, UAAP stars banner Philippine U-22 Football Squad in Merlion Cup

Two-time UAAP MVP and champion Jarvey Gayoso leads a cast of UAAP, NCAA, and professional standouts as part of the Philippine U-22 Football team set to compete in the 2019 Merlion Cup in Singapore
The Philippine U-22 Men's National Team will be heading to Singapore to represent the Philippines in the upcoming 2019 Merlion Cup, which takes place from June 7-9.
This will serve as part of the squad's preparations for the upcoming Southeast Asian Games beginning November 30 in the Philippines.
Leading the charge for the U-22 squad will be two-time UAAP champion and two-time UAAP MVP Jarvey Gayoso of the UAAP Season 81 Men's Football champion Ateneo Blue Eagles.
Joining Gayoso will be Ateneo teammates AJ Arcilla and William Grierson.

Coaching the squad will be UP coach Anto Gonzales, while Marlon Maro will serve as team manager.
First up for the Philippines will be host-nation Singapore on Friday, June 7th, 7:30 PM at the Jalan Besar Stadium.
