The Philippine Football Federation announced on Monday the list of names called up to represent the Philippines in the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 AFC Asian Cup Joint Qualifiers matches against the Maldives and Syria.
The Philippine Azkals face the Maldives this coming Thursday, November 14th at the National Stadium in Male, before heading to the Rashid Stadium in Dubai for their matchup against Syria on Tuesday, November 19th.

The Pinoy side is currently sitting at third place in Group A with 1 win, 1 draw, and 1 loss for 4 points. Syria holds the top spot in the group with 3 wins in as many matches for 9 points, while China PR is at second with 2 wins and a draw for 7 points.
The two-match road trip will mark the Azkals' final World Cup Qualifiers matches for 2019. They resume action in March of 2020.
