The Philippine Men's National Football Team will look to make it 2 for 2 on this road trip as they face top-seeded Syria in 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 AFC Asian Cup Joint Qualifiers action, Tuesday at the Rashid Stadium in Dubai, UAE.

The Azkals are coming off a 2-1 victory over the Maldives in Male last November 15th, thanks to a pair of second half conversions from Iain Ramsay and Patrick Strauss.

Syria meanwhile, continues to assert their dominance over Group A after defeating China PR, 2-1, to remain undefeated in four matches.

Thanks to China PR's loss, the Azkals are now at level with the Asian powerhouse at 2 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss for 7 points. A big win for the Pinoy side will push them up to second place in the standings. Syria, meanwhile, hopes to keep their undefeated streak alive.

Kickoff time will be at 11:00 PM, Manila time.
