The College of St. Benilde emerged as overall 90th NCAA champion in the seniors division for the second straight season while San Beda College ran away with its fifth general championship in the high school section.
The Blazers won just two titles in men's table tennis and men's beach volleyball but made up for it by finishing second in men's and women's swimming, women's taekwondo, women's table tennis, men's volleyball and ending up third in chess, women's volleyball, football and soft tennis.
All in all, St. Benilde amassed 660 points, besting a field headed by San Beda, Arellano University and Emilio Aguinaldo College, which finished second, third and fourth places, respectively.

Letran, EAC and San Sebastian wound up second to fifth spots.
The Cubs won in basketball, table tennis and lawn tennis, ended up second in swimming, badminton and football and third in chess and taekwondo.
