From the fierce competition on the taekwondo mat, Francesca Camille Alarilla will now do battle on a different front.
This time she won’t be wearing her dobok uniform, but will instead don a corporate attire as she faces the challenging fight inside the court room.
The champion poomsae artist is one of the 1,731 law graduates who successfully passed the 2015 Bar Examinations when the results were released Tuesday.
The 29-year old Alarilla is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University and a member of the Philippine national team that won a gold medal in the 2009 World Poomsae Championship in Cairo, Egypt together with her equally beautiful and skillful cousins Rani Ann Ortega and Janice Lagman.
The feat of the charming trio landed them the distinction of being named 2009 Athletes of the Year given by the Philippine Sportswriters Association.
Alarilla also has under her belt gold medals in the 2009 and 2011 Southeast Asian Games and top finishes in the 2009 Korea Open, 2009 World Hamnadang in Korea and 2009 ASEAN Taekwondo Championships in Vietnam.
