Two-time gold medalist Usain Bolt is not at all concerned about mosquitoes in the upcoming Rio Olympics.

In an interview with NBC's Peter Alexander, the world's fastest man had a simple answer why he's not too worried about mosquitoes carrying the Zika virus.

"Because I'm fast," Bolt said answering the question on why mosquitoes appear to be intimidated by him. "They can't catch me."

Clearly meant as a joke, the Jamaican sprinter did offer an serious response over the concerns surrounding the general safety in the Rio games.

"Hopefully, by the time I get there, they'll have it under control," Bolt told Alexander. "I'm sure they'll put things in place to sort it out. So I'm not really stressed right now."
