Once you win an Olympic silver medal, you can pretty much eat whatever you want.
And for Filipina weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz, who won silver in the 53-kg category for the Philippines, pizza is the best thing in the world right now.
"Thank you, at kakain na ako," Diaz said in her Facebook Live post while touring the Dining Hall at the Olympic Village.
"Gusto ko ng pizza. Unhealthy ito... puno ng cheese, kasing cheesy ko," she said.
The 25-year-old Diaz, competing in her third straight Olympic Games, also thanked countless supporters for the duration of her post.
Despite chomping on some pizza, Diaz didn't forget to save space for a better dish as she also showed a cup of rice.
And what goes best with a cup of rice?
That's right, adobo.
"Nagdadala ako ng rice kasi may adobo sa kwarto," Diaz said.
Her silver medal is the first for the Philippines in these Rio Games. It's also the first for the country since boxer Onyok Velasco also won silver in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
