CamSur hosts Wake Park World Championship for 2nd year in a row

The Wake Park World Championship returns to the Philippines for the second year in a row.
The world's best wake boarders converge in the beautiful province of Camarines Sur on September 28 to October 1, 2017 as the Wake Park World Championship returns to the nation for the second year in a row.
300 riders of all ages, from 26 counries will gather at the CamSur Watersports Complex for the three-day event, in hopes to support local tourism and to boost the love and passion for the growing sport of wakeboarding.
At least 19 different Wake Park Worlds Divisions will be present to urge riders to give it their all.
From the experts: Pro Men Features, Pro Women Features, Pro Men Traditional, Pro Women Traditional, Pro Wakeskate.
To the younger ones: Jr. Boys (9 & under), Boys (10-13), Girls (13 and under), Jr. Men (14-18), Jr. Women (14-18), Amatuer Women (19-29), and Amatuer Men's (19-29).
To the veterans (Master's Women (30 and up), Master's Men (30-39).
Open divisions are present as well, like the Women's Wakeskate, Men's Wakeskate, Open Women Features, and the Open Men Features.
To add to the event's excitement, after the intense competition are daily after-parties with distinct themes, to make sure this experience is not one to forget.
From 80's nights, to Calle nights, the event will culminate in the awarding ceremonies where winners could bag over US$50,000.
The Philippines has already hosted the event back in 2008 and 2009, also in CamSur.
With the world-class event back in town, visitors and wakeboarders alike are in for a thrilling four-day event jam-packed with impeccable sights, and of course, extreme water sports. It's a can't-miss.
