The grind continues for Gilas Pilipinas.
In preparation for the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China, the Philippine national team was back to work Thursday at the Meralco Gym in Ortigas.
With Gilas’ first game against Italy fast approaching, the national team has no more time to waste.
In Thursday’s session, 12 players were present in Paul Lee, Kiefer Ravena, Gabe Norwood, Matthew Wright, Poy Erram, Andray Blatche, Raymond Almazan, Mark Barroca, CJ Perez, Japeth Aguilar, Robert Bolick, and Beau Belga.
Gilas is still waiting for June Mar Fajardo, Troy Rosario, and RR Pogoy to finish the ongoing PBA Finals.
