Filipino-Australian and world number one Jason Day wasn’t born with a golf club in his hand. In fact, playing golf, and being the best in the world at it, wasn’t something that Day thought about.
“If my dad was alive, there’s no chance I would have been on the PGA Tour.” Day reveals in a short film entitled “Never Say Die.”
The feature, produced by Royal Bank of Canada, chronicles Day’s journey from growing up in a farm in Queensland, having to frequent junkyards to look for old, discarded furniture, to being the world’s number one golfer, and being one of the faces of the sport’s future.
