Brandon Vera gives update on Alliance Training Center PH
Brandon Vera's Alliance Training Center Philippines will be opening its doors very soon.

When MMA star and ONE Championship heavyweight world champion Brandon Vera relocated to the Philippines, one of his goals was to put up a branch of his Alliance Training Center in Manila.

Now, it looks like fans and aspiring Filipino fighters won't need to wait any longer.

Amid a busy schedule, 'The Truth' provided an update as to when Alliance Training Center Philippines will open its doors, and how it might look like.

Vera says that the gym will be located in Katipunan, and is expected to open in early 2018.

Pretty exciting stuff, considering that the Alliance Training Center has produced a handful of top-tier talent in the world of mixed martial arts, such as Vera, world champions Dominick Cruz, Phil Davis, Angela Hill, and Jessica Penne, as well as top contenders such as Alexander Gustafsson, Cat Zingano, Jeremy Stephens, AJ Matthews, and many more.

With head coach George Castro already training a number of Filipino fighters like ONE Championship's Burn Soriano and URCC's John Adajar and Jiar Castillo, it's safe to say that the seeds of the Alliance Training Center in Manila have already been planted.
