DETROIT (AP) -- Andre Drummond had 16 points and 19 rebounds, helping the surging Detroit Pistons beat the Sacramento Kings 108-99 on Saturday (Sunday, PHL time).

Detroit (7-3) won for the fifth time in six games. Avery Bradley scored 24 points for the Pistons, and Tobias Harris had 20.

Sacramento (1-8) lost its seventh straight game and gave up more than 100 points for the sixth time in a row. Zach Randolph led the Kings with 19 points and Bogdan Bogdanovic added 14.

Back-to-back three-pointers by Reggie Jackson and Harris gave the Pistons a 77-69 lead late in the third quarter. Detroit led 85-74 heading into the fourth, and held off a brief Sacramento surge early in the period.

The Pistons scored the game's first 10 points, but Randolph scored 10 points in the first quarter to keep the Kings close. Sacramento led briefly in the second quarter, but Bradley's 13 points were enough to give Detroit a 52-49 lead at halftime.

The Kings shot 58.3 percent from the floor in the half, including 9 of 10 from Randolph and Bogdanovic, but the Pistons had a 9-2 advantage in points off turnovers.

Kings: Randolph's first-quarter scoring started moments after Michigan State's winning field goal against Penn State was shown on the Little Caesars Arena scoreboard, accompanied by the MSU fight song. Randolph went to the Final Four as a Spartan in 2001.

Pistons: Detroit has scored more points off turnovers than their opponents in nine of their first 10 games. ... Jon Leuer (ankle sprain) missed the game.

Kings: Host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday (Wednesday, PHL time).
