Injury update for tonight's game: Patrick McCaw (lumbar spine recovery) & Klay Thompson (left lateral leg contusion) are available to play. Andre Iguodala (left lateral leg contusion/bone bruise) is out.— Warriors PR (@WarriorsPR) June 3, 2018
The team announced that he, along with sophomore swingman Patrick McCaw, are available to play. The Warriors PR account on Twitter also confirmed that Andre Iguodala will not play, due to a "left lateral leg contusion/bone bruise."
Thompson was previously listed as questionable due to a bruise in his left leg. He suffered the injury during the first quarter of Game 1 of the Finals, when JR Smith slid into him on a play.
Despite the injury, Thompson would log 45 minutes and produce 24 points on 50 percent shooting in Golden State's 124-114 OT win.
