Report: Wayne Ellington, Heat agree on deal

The Heat will reportedly make sure to keep one of the key reasons behind its feel-good 2017-18 campaign. According to multiple reports, Miami has come to terms with free agent guard Wayne Ellington. Per ESPN's Chris Haynes:

The 30-year-old sharpshooter is coming off a career year in which he averaged 11.2 points per contest while shooting 39.2 percent from three-point range. Ellington, a former first-round pick of Minnesota in 2009, will sign a one-year deal worth more than $6 million according to Haynes.
