The Spurs saluted Liban Brillantes, a 103-year-old Filipino guerrilla who served in the U.S. Military.
The San Antonio Spurs celebrated a very special fan in attendance Friday night (Saturday morning, PHL time) when they saluted a 103-year-old Filipino guerrilla who served in the U.S. Military.

US-based Liban Brillantes, was honored as part of the Spurs' USA MIlitary Appreciation Night.
According to the Spurs' announcement, Brillantes became part of the corps at the age of 19 to side with the Americans in World War II as part of its secret intelligence, serving as a messenger between the U.S. and the Philippine government.
For his service, the Spurs gave him a personalized Spurs jersey with a very cool '103' at the back.
