ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that well-traveled forward Jeff Green is headed to Utah after agreeing to a one-year, $2.5 million contract with the Jazz.

Green, known as "Uncle Jeff" ever since LeBron James unintentionally bestowed the moniker in Green's second season, would be joining his eighth NBA team and sixth team in as many campaigns. Last year, he played 77 games for the Washington Wizards, making 44 starts and averaging 12.3 points -- his highest mark since 2014-15 -- and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 47.5 percent overall in 27.2 minutes per game.
