Dorian Finney-Smith suffered through an injury-plagued season in 2017-18, but bounced back nicely in 2018-19 for the Dallas Mavericks. His upward growth as Dallas tries to build around youth has apparently led to a new deal for him.

Finney-Smith and the Mavs have agreed to a three-year, $12 million deal, reports Shams Charania of The Athletic. Last season, Finney-Smith averaged 7.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game in 81 games (26 starts).
