NBA.com staff report
Nerlens Noel was a solid reserve for the Oklahoma City Thunder last season, playing a career-high 77 games while averaging 4.9 points and 1.2 blocks in 13.5 minutes per game. He had initially agreed to return to OKC, but then had second thoughts on doing so days later.
Whatever worries he had appear to be gone as he has agreed on a deal -- again -- with the Thunder, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

In addition to apparently having Noel back in the fold, the Thunder also secured a deal with veteran guard Alec Burks. He is a decent ball handler and capable 3-point shooter who played for the Utah Jazz, Cleveland Cavaliers and Sacramento Kings last season, averaging 8.8 ppg, 3.7 rpg and 2.0 apg while shooting 36.3 percent on 3-pointers.
