Training camp for NBA team won't start until late September, but that doesn't mean superstars can't start practicing with all their new teammates.
At least, there's nothing stopping them from practicing virtually that is.
LeBron James posted on his Instagram stories that he is doing just that - practicing throwing passes to his new teammates, the former New Orleans Pelicans duo of Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins (though Cousins played last season with the Golden State Warriors).
The LA Lakers traded for Davis, then signed Cousins, as part of their moves to return to the Playoffs for the first time since 2013.
James might want to get his hands on the latest version of the game though, NBA 2K20, as he and Davis are tied with the Clippers pair of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George as having the highest average overall rating in that one.
