Boston guard Gordon Hayward has suffered a fractured left hand in Saturday's (Sunday, PHL time) game in San Antonio, the Celtics have announced.

Hayward collided with San Antonio's LaMarcus Aldridge late in the second quarter Saturday (Sunday, PHL time) and did not return.
Hayward had nine points and two rebounds before leaving for X-rays that would confirm the injury.
