New 3-point king Cruz makes it rain inside the court

SWEET VICTORY. Mark Cruz took home the 2015 Three-Point crown.
The rain was heavy outside, but the roof of the San Juan Arena proved incapable in stopping a different kind of downpour on Friday.
The second NCAA All-Star festivities kicked off with the Three-Point Shootout and Mark Cruz is wasted no time in claiming it as his own personal showcase.
Shooting fifth in the order, Colegio de San Juan de Letran's lead guard scorched the nets with 26 points in he preliminary round. Cruz’s score was four more than second-placer Wilson Baltazar’s 22.
The Lyceum of the Philippines University gunner started the final round, but failed to sustain his rhythm to end with only nine points. Cruz then completed his March towards the three-point crown with a score of 18.
Talking about what he did to prepare, “Ant-man” told reporters, “Nilaro ko lang kasi kung na-pressure ka, dun ka magmimintis.”
Dethroned champion just fell short in making the Finals with a preliminary round score of 21.
