EMOTIONAL OUTBURST. Ola Adeogun will have to sit out one game after smashing a locker room door a week ago.
The NCAA on Monday announced that Ola Adeogun will be barred from playing in San Beda College’s first game of the second round.
Last Tuesday, the Red Lions’ Nigerian reinforcement, out of frustration with his team trailing at the half, hit the locker room door on his way inside. The impact caused the bottom part of the plastic to be destroyed and some of the steel bars to get bent.
The Mendiola-based school will pay for the damage caused by Adeogun’s outburst and will also have to find a way to overcome the loss of their man in the middle when they take on Lyceum of the Philippines University on Tuesday.
