Decorated ex-De La Salle libero Melissa Gohing is the newest ABS-CBN Sports+Action analyst for the 91st NCAA volleyball competition.
Another former collegiate star will be sharing her expertise as part of the 91st NCAA volleyball panel for ABS-CBN Sports+Action.
Decorated ex-De La Salle libero Melissa Gohing joins the crack crew of anchors and courtside reporters as the newest volleyball analyst alongside former Lady Spikers teammates Abigail Marano and Michelle Gumabao and former Ateneo de Manila standout Denden Lazaro.
The four-time UAAP champion and Season 71 rookie of the year will debut on Tuesday in the men's game between the defending champion Emilio Aguinaldo College and Perpetual Help, sharing her vast knowledge and experience of the game to educate and inform viewers.
“Iba kapag gamay na gamay mo yung sport na ia-analyze mo,” said Gohing, who plays for Philips Gold Lady Slammers in the Philippine Superliga.
This is Gohing’s first indoor volleyball stint as analyst after her short shindig as part of the panel in a beach volleyball tournament last year.
The NCAA men’s best-of-three championship is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. followed by the 4:00 p.m. women’s Finals and will air live on ABS-CBN Sports+Action Channel 23 and ABS-CBN Sports+Action HD Channel 166 and via livestream at sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/ncaa.
