STREAKING. Perpetual and Arellano seek to stretch their respective streaks when they take on separate opponents.

Games on Friday at the San Juan Arena

12:00 PM – San Sebastian vs Perpetual

2:00 PM – EAC vs San Beda

4:00 PM – CSB vs Arellano

University of Perpetual Help and Arellano University are the hottest teams in the NCAA 92 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The Altas and the Chiefs look to keep the heat on league-leading San Beda College when all three take on separate opponents at the San Juan Arena, Friday.

At 12:00 PM, Perpetual guns for a seventh consecutive victory at the expense of San Sebastian College-Recoletos who have lost their last nine outings.

Bright Akhuetie and Gab Dagangon have connived to carry the rookie coach Jimwell Gican to second-place with an 8-2 standing. The exact opposite has happened for first-year mentor Egay Macaraya who, together with his Golden Stags, are in a 1-9 hole.

Later on at 4:00 PM, Arellano shoots for a sixth straight win at the expense of College of St. Benilde who have yet to enter the winner’s circle after 10 games.

Jiovani Jalalon has steered Arellano to the top three with the same record as Perpetual. Their next roadblock are the Blazers who have experienced nothing but woe in the tournament.

All of the action will be broadcast LIVE on ABS-CBN Sports+Action Channel 23 as well as streamed LIVE on sports.abs-cbn.com.

Also part of the gameday is a battle between the 9-1 and pacesetting Red Lions and 3-7 yet still daring Emilio Aguinaldo College.
