Red-hot Arellano aims to stretch streak to seven
HOT, HOT HEAT. Arellano is the hottest team in the league with six straight wins.

Games on Thursday at the San Juan Arena

2:00 PM – Perpetual vs CSB

4:00 PM – EAC vs Arellano

With Jiovani Jalalon in the driver’s seat, Arellano University have won their last five games and are now going full speed ahead in the NCAA 92 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

“The Bus Driver” and his Chiefs go for a seventh consecutive victory that would propel them into a share of the top spot when they clash with daring Emilio Aguinaldo College on Thursday at the San Juan Arena.

The Arellano bus heads straight for the Generals’ imposing frontline of Hamadou Laminou and Sidney Onwubere at 4:00 PM and all of the action will be aired LIVE on ABS-CBN Sports+Action Channel 23 as well as streamed LIVE on sports.abs-cbn.com/livestream/ncaa.

The Chiefs are the hottest team in the league and are just one more win away from tying San Beda College for first-place. Nothing will come easy, however, against Laminou, Onwubere, and the rest of the Generals who have proven to be one of the toughest teams to put down in the tournament.

Meanwhile, University of Perpetual Help eyes a return to winning by taking out their frustrations following their streak-busting loss the last time around on still winless College of St. Benilde at 2:00 PM.
