KEEP IT UP.
Games on Friday at the Filoil Flying V Centre
12:00 PM – JRU vs San Beda
2:00 PM – Perpetual vs LPU
4:00 PM – San Sebastian vs Mapua
To no one’s surprise, Lyceum of the Philippines University has been as good as advertised in the NCAA 93 Men’s Basketball Tournament.
And to just about everyone’s surprise, University of Perpetual Help remains a top team even after the loss of Bright Akhuetie.
The Pirates look to keep living up to the hype while the Altas look to keep overachieving when the two teams are pitted against one another on Friday at the Filoil Flying V Centre.
LPU’s perfect 5-0 record is on the line against a Perpetual (2-2) side coming off back-to-back well-earned wins at 2:00 PM. All of the action will be on S+A, S+A HD, and livestream.
Meanwhile, San Beda College guns for a fourth win in a row up against Jose Rizal University at 12:00 PM and San Sebastian College-Recoletos tries to shake off its struggles at the expense of Mapua University at 4:00 PM.
In Juniors action, defending champion Malayan High School of Science Red Robins (4-0) are out to move back into a share of first versus the San Sebastian Staglets (1-3) at 6:00 PM. Also, there will be matchups between the San Beda Red Cubs (4-1) and the JRU Light Bombers (0-4) at 8:00 AM and the LPU Junior Pirates (2-3) and the Perpetual Junior Altas (2-2) at 10:00 AM.
