Bad weather cancels NCAA gameday for fourth time
The NCAA will have to reschedule another one of its gamedays in the Season 93 Men's Basketball Tournament.
Due to the heavy rains brought by Typhoon Lani and tropical depression Maring, the league suspended its four games scheduled on Tuesday at the Filoil Flying V Centre.
"Games have been cancelled as class suspension has already been announced in manila and nearby cities," NCAA management committee president Fr. Glynn Ortaga, OAR said.
As such, matchups between Arellano University and Mapua University as well as between University of Perpetual Help and San Sebastian College-Recoletos will have to be moved to a later date.
This is the fourth time an NCAA gameday has been cancelled due to heavy rains.
