Indeed, that was given truth on Friday at the Araneta Coliseum as Pirate rookie Jaycee Marcelino was hailed as the NCAA 93 Men’s Basketball Tournament Rookie of the Year.

Eze is joined in the Best Defensive Team by Christian Bunag from Mapua University, Sidney Onwubere from Emilio Aguinaldo College, Abdul Wahab Abdul Razak of JRU, and Mike Nzeusseu from LPU.
