Perps standing in way of San Beda’s Finals return in NCAA 94
San Beda clashes with Perpetual for the second time in three days

Games on Friday at the Filoil Flying V Centre

1:30 PM – LPU (twice-to-beat) vs Letran

4:00 PM – San Beda (twice-to-beat) vs Perpetual

San Beda University will have to go through a familiar face if it wants to continue its title defense in the NCAA 94 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The twice-to-beat Red Lions eye to take care of business up against University of Perpetual Help, now coached by Frankie Lim, in the two teams’ matchup at the Filoil Flying V Centre, Friday.

The defending champions (17-1) are nothing but prepared, but coach Frankie, who once won five championships calling the shots in red and white, also has the Altas (11-7) prepared for their showdown starting at 4:00 PM. Of course, all of the action will be on S+A, S+A HD, and livestream.

San Beda swept Perps in their two elimination round meetings.

In the other playoff pairing at 2:00 PM, Lyceum of the Philippines University (twice-to-beat) figures in its first Final Four game in school history against Colegio de San Juan de Letran.

And in the Juniors Final Four, it’s the College of St. Benilde-La Salle Greenhills Junior Blazers (twice-to-beat) versus the Jose Rizal University High School Light Bombers at 10:00 AM and the Mapua High School Red Robins (twice-to-beat) versus the San Beda High School Red Cubs at 8:00 AM.
