NCAA Season 94: Arellano U remains on top
Defending two-time champion Arellano University scored its fourth straight win at the expense of San Sebastian College.

Defending two-time champion  Arellano University barely broke a sweat in claiming its fourth straight win after a quick work of San Sebastian College, 25-15, 25-16, 25-12, Thursday in the NCAA Season 94 women's volleyball competition at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Last year's rookie of the year Necole Ebuen hammered 10 attacks with three aces and a couple of kill blocks for 15 points for the Lady Chiefs, who kept a share of the lead with another unbeaten team San Beda University.

Regine Arocha added nine points while Carla Donato finished with eight for Arellano U, which needed only 64 minutes to dispose of the Lady Stags.

The Lady Chiefs showed crisp hitting with 37 attack points while landing 10 aces.

SSC-R suffered its first loss in three games.

Nikka Dalisay got eight markers while Joyce Sta. Rita was limited to only five markers for the Lady Stags, who threw away 23 points off errors.
