NCAA Season 94 volleyball: Lady Blazers target third win
College of St. Benilde hopes to stretch its winning run to three.

Resurging College of St. Benilde hopes to keep its winning streak going when the Lady Blazers battle winless Emilio Aguinaldo College in the NCAA Season 94 women’s volleyball competition at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan. 

After dropping their opening day assignment against defending two-time champion Arellano University, the Lady Blazers steamrolled through their next two opponents to move within striking distance of unbeaten teams San Beda University (4-0) and the Lady Chiefs (3-0).

CSB is looking to add the Lady Generals in its list of victims in their 2:00 p.m. tussle after San Sebastian College squares off with Letran at 12:00 noon. Both games will air via livestream.

The Lady Blazers defeated the Lady Knights in straight sets before turning back University of Perpetual Help, 24-26, 25-20, 25-13, 25-21, last week.

The Lady Generals dropped their first three assignments.

SSC-R saw its two-game winning streak snapped at the hands of Arellano U last week. Letran is on a two-game slump after winning its season opener.
