NCAA 95: Baste, Perps wage war against separate foes
Playoff hopefuls San Sebastian, Perpetual, and CSB finally play their first games of the season

Games on Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre

12:00 p.m. - EAC vs CSB

2:00 p.m. - Mapua vs Perpetual

4:00 p.m. - San Sebastian vs JRU

Six squads are all set to make their long-awaited debuts in the NCAA 95 Men’s Basketball Tournament on Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre.

Contenders San Sebastian College-Recoletos and University of Perpetual Help do battle against Jose Rizal University and Mapua University, respectively, to commence their campaigns.

RK Ilagan is fully recovered from his knee injury, but Allyn Bulanadi remains doubtful due to his dislocated shoulder when the Golden Stags take on the Heavy Bombers at 4:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, Ben Adamos plays his first game for the Altas and looks to waste no time in proving to be the ready-made replacement for Prince Eze in their matchup opposite the Cardinals at 2:00 p.m.

The day’s other game will then feature another contender in College of St. Benilde which eyes a season-opening win at the expense of Emilio Aguinaldo College at 12:00 p.m.

As always, all of the action will be on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166, LIGA SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD SkyCable Channel 183, and iWant as well as LIVESTREAM.

Jrs. action will then see last season’s champion Mapua Red Robins open their title defense versus rising power Perpetual Jr. Altas at 10:00 a.m. There will also be matchups between the CSB-La Salle Green Hills Jr. Blazers and the EAC Brigadiers at 8:00 a.m. and the San Sebastian Golden Staglets and the JRU Light Bombers at 6:00 p.m.

For the first time, Jrs. Action is on LIVESTREAM.
