Bring on Bibiano.
Filipino bantamweight and Team Lakay star Kevin 'the Silencer' Belingon lived up to his monicker after silencing top contender Reece 'Lightning' McLaren in just 62 in their bantamweight title eliminator at ONE Championship: Quest for Greatness, Friday evening at the Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
McLaren's aggressiveness led to his downfall, as the Fil-Aussie charged in, but was met with a stiff right hand from the Team Lakay knockout artist.
Belingon dropped McLaren and followed up with anothe solid right hand before pouncing on "Lightning" and unleashing a vicious ground and pound storm and forcing the referee to stop the fight.
Belingon scores his second straight first-round knockout win, while likely earning himself another shot at reigning ONE bantamweight world champion Bibiano Fernandes.
