Former ONE champ Folayang returns to action in Singapore
He's Back.

He's back.

Former ONE Championship lightweight king Eduard 'The Landslide' Folayang is set to make his return to the ONE cage next month in Singapore.

The former champion is scheduled to take on Russia's Kharun Atlangeriev.

The 33-year old Folayang will be seeing action for the first time since November of 2017, when he lost the ONE Lightweight Championship to Martin Nguyen in devastating fashion.

Now, the Filipino MMA superstar begins his road back to the top of ONE's lightweight division.

Welcoming him back to the cage will be the 25-year old Atlangeriev, who's also making his ONE Championship debut.

The unbeaten Yaroslavl native is coming off a second-round TKO win back in December of 2017.

Folayang's return adds even more star power to the already-stacked Unstoppable Dreams card in Singapore, which will be headlined by a ONE Women's Atomweight World Championship rematch between undefeated reigning champion Angela Lee and top contender Mei Yamaguchi.

Lee and Yamaguchi battled back in 2016 for the inaugural ONE Women's Atomweight World Championship, with Lee winning via Unanimous Decision after five rounds.

Also recently added to the card is a ONE Featherweight World Championship match between two-division world champion Nguyen and top contender Christian Lee, the younger brother of Women's Atomweight queen Angela Lee.

The two have crossed paths before, with Nguyen winning via submission to hand Lee his first and only career loss.

Plus, the first-ever ONE Championship Super Series Muay Thai Flyweight World Championship will also be up for grabs, as Lumpinee legend Sam-A Gaiyanghadao faces Sergio Weilzen in a Muay Thai title bout.

ONE: Unstoppable Dreams is set to take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday, May 18th at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
