Eduard Folayang defeats Amir Khan at ONE: Conquest of Champions to become a two-time ONE Lightweight World Champion in Manila
Filipino mixed martial arts star Eduard "The Landslide" Folayang outmuscled and outpointed Singaporean Amir Khan en route to a unanimous decision win to become a two-time ONE Lightweight World Champion, Friday evening at ONE: Conquest of Champions.
Folayang was simply better on all fronts as the Team Lakay star outstruck, outgrappled, and outpowered Khan throughout the five-round bout.
In the end, it was Folayang who was declared the winner in front of a jubilant Mall of Asia Arena crowd.
Folayang joins stablemates Geje Eustaquio, Joshua Pacio and Kevin Belingon as Team Lakay stars to capture ONE gold in 2018.
