Full card revealed for ONE's first event in Tokyo
16 fights, four world title bouts, and two highly-anticipated debut make up ONE's first ever trip to Tokyo, Japan.

Singapore-based mixed martial arts promotion ONE Championship will officially be making their debut in Tokyo, Japan this coming Sunday, March 31st, and they'll be putting on arguably their biggest event yet, with not one, not two, but a whopping four world title bouts lined up, plus the promotional debut of two of their biggest athlete signings.

ONE: A New Era, which will take place at the historic Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan, will be headlined by a highly-anticipated ONE Lighweight World Championship rematch between reigning two-time champion Eduard "Landslide" Folayang of the Philippines versus Japanese MMA legend and former champion Shinya "Tobikan Judan" Aoki.

Folayang defeated Aoki back in 2016 to dethrone the Japanese legend as ONE's lightweight king.

Also defending her title will be reigning ONE Women's Strawweight World Champion "The Panda" Xiong Jing Nan of China, who takes on one of the promotion's biggest stars in Singapore's Angela "Unstoppable" Lee, the reigning ONE Women's Atomweight World Champion who will be moving up in weight to attempt to become the first female two-division world champion.

In another must-see rematch, reigning ONE Middleweight World Champion "The Burmese Python" Aung La N Sang of Myanmar puts his title on the line against Japan's own Ken Hasegawa.

Aung La N Sang and Hasegawa figured in an exciting war that saw the champion retain his title after a thrilling stoppage late in the fifth and final round.

Facing each other for the third time in their careers, reigning ONE Bantamweight World Champion Kevin "The Silencer" Belingon of the Philippines and former long-time champion Bibiano "The Flash" Fernandes of Brazil dance once again with the bantamweight crown on the line.

With the series tied at one win apiece, both Belingon and Fernandes look to finally end the rivalry and bring home the ONE Bantamweight World Championship.

Also on the card, Folayang and Belingon's Team Lakay teammate Danny "The King" Kingad looks to advance into the semifinals of the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix when he meets former bantamweight title challenger Andrew Leone in the preliminary card.

ONE: A New Era will also mark the ONE Championship debut of a pair of former UFC world champions in former long-time flyweight world champion Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson and former lightweight world champion Eddie "The Underground King" Alvarez, who both signed with the promotion back in late 2018.

Johnson, who also finds himself in the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix, faces Japan's own Yuya "Little Piranha" Wakamatsu in the quarterfinal round. Alvarez, meanwhile, will look to complete the cast of semifinalists for the ONE Lightweight Grand Prix when he faces Russian contender Timofey Nastyukhin.

The stacked card will also feature two more ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix quarterfinals bouts featuring top-tier talent including former champion Kairat Akhmetov and undefeated newcomer Ivanildo Delfino.
