Ramon "The Bicolano" Gonzales scored his third straight submission win in ONE Championship
Pinoy mixed martial artist Ramon "The Bicolano" Gonzales was dominant in his event-opening match, defeating Japan's Akihiro Fujisawa by first round submission at ONE: Roots of Honor, Friday evening at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Fujisawa shot in for a takedown early in the first round, only to be countered by a guillotine choke attempt from Gonzales.
The Pinoy Karate expert tightened his squeeze and forced Fujisawa to tap out just 79 seconds into the match.

Gonzales improve to 4-2 in his mixed martial arts career as he collects his third consecutive submission victory inside the ONE Championship cage.
