TNT will have to rely on its local crew for one game in the 2018 Commissioner's Cup as the KaTropa await the arrival of Joshua Smith in place of Jeremy Tyler.
TNT is going All-Filipino in the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup.
For a day at least.
The KaTropa (3-1) will go for a share of solo lead Friday against the winless Blackwater Elite (0-5) with a local crew.
As confirmed by agent Sheryl Reyes, TNT has let go of import Jeremy Tyler Thursday but a report by the PBA mentioned that the 26-year-old reinforcement might suit up against Blackwater in order to have a chance to save his stint with the KaTropa.

It appears that that's not the case anymore and with the development happening in such a short notice, TNT has failed to acquire a replacement.
The KaTropa will now have to rely with an All-Filipino lineup led by Jayson Castro and Terrence Romeo.
After playing the Elite, TNT is expected to have Joshua Smith back in time for the team's next game vs. Columbian two weeks from now.
Smith also came mid-conference last season and had the KaTropa in the Finals against San Miguel. TNT eventually lost that series in six games.
