PBA: God bless the titos of Baguio
In a bold fashion move, Wright walked out of the Big Dome Sunday following a double-overtime win wearing boat shoes, dark-washed pants, and a crew neck shirt. On top of that shirt is an old Chicago Bulls Champion jersey. Of course, it has Michael Jordan's iconic jersey no. 23 in it because it's the only jersey number you need.

Not a lot of people are rocking vintage NBA jerseys nowadays.

That isn't the case for Phoenix star Matthew Wright though.

"It's my tito's in Baguio," Wright said.

"He gave it to me," he added.

Wright definitely needed that MJ mentality against Ginebra after the Fuel Masters lost a 16-point lead and got extended to not one, but two overtime periods.

After coming off another overtime game in their last outing --- a loss to NLEX --- Wright says the win vs. a top team like Ginebra is a big boost in their team's character.

"These kind of games, they build character," Wright said after 19 points and grabbing 10 rebounds against the Gin Kings.

"They either make or break you. The NLEX one got away from us. But every game’s a different chapter, so today we faced a tough opponent, a completely different type of opponent and we were just lucky to execute down the stretch," he added.
