PBA: Welcome back, Jumbotron
Smith once again joins the KaTropa mid-conference in the Commissioner's Cup and following a stint in Japan, the hulking import will have no problem getting back in shape. Because he's already in shape.

At the end of a Finals run last year, Joshua Smith wasn't entirely 100 percent for TNT due to a foot injury.

That should be no problem now as Smith is back and ready for more.

Smith once again joins the KaTropa mid-conference in the Commissioner's Cup and following a stint in Japan, the hulking import will have no problem getting back in shape.

Because he's already in shape.

"I feel good," Smith says after his first game back in the PBA, a 123-95 win over Columbian Friday. He played 13 minutes and shot 100 percent for 11 points.

"I played 60 games in Japan so that definitely helped. I just played a full season so I feel good," he added.

What Smith needs to work on though is to adjust to his team, ironically.

The KaTropa have added several key pieces in the time that Smith has been gone. TNT is also running a tweaked system.

"We're running new plays that we didn't run last year. It's a new system, so I'm just trying to get used to it," he said.

"I'm playing with some new guys, playing with some guys I played with last year. But all that matters is we won." Smith added.
