PBA: Alaska out to stretch winning streak to five games
The streaking Aces return to action Saturday, taking on the dangerous Globalport Batang Pier. Alaska has won four straight games and enter with a 4-1 record.

The race for no. 1 in the 2018 Commissioner's Cup standings is starting to get crowded with two teams currently tied up top.

Alaska hopes to make it a three-way tie.

The streaking Aces return to action Saturday, taking on the dangerous Globalport Batang Pier.

Alaska has won four straight games and enter with a 4-1 record. A fifth straight win will put the Aces in a tie with Rain or Shine and TNT.

The Batang Pier meanwhile are out to bounce back from a loss and imrpove upon their 3-3 record.

Tip off will be at 4:30 p.m. live from the Big Dome.

If Alaska forces a three-way tie for first, the Elasto Painters will have a chance to break it right away as ROS (5-1) battle the Magnolia Hotshots (3-1) in the second game/

Game will start at 6:45 p.m.
