Henry Walker dunked the game winner with 3.4 seconds to go, lifting Blackwater to a sensational 86-84 win over Magnolia Wednesday in the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup at the Big Dome.

Tied at 84 with 8.1 seconds to go, Walker found a free lane in the middle of the Magnolia defense and drove straight to the hoop to slam the ball home.

Walker was fouled and had the chance for the and-one, he missed it but the Elite stopped the Hotshots before midcourt to hold on for the win.

Losing their first seven games of the conference, the Elite somehow managed to avoid elimination by improving to 1-7.

Walker atually made more than a couple of clutch plays for Blackwater that led to the Elite's thrilling win.

Down two, 82-84, in the final minute, Walker swiped the ball off of Curtis Kelly to give Blackwater a chance at a tie. He then created that chance as he found Poy Erram for an easy layup with 29 seconds to go.

"At least the team is improving little by little," head coach Bong Ramos said.

"I keep on telling them to just continue to pound the rock, mabibiyak din yan. That's why sinama na namin si Walker sa proseso namin going to the next conference. Yun lang, at least may positive na nangyayari sa team," he added.

Erram led the Elite in scoring and rebounding. finishing with 19 points and 15 boards. Allein Maliksi dropped 16 points and nine rebounds.

Walker struggled on the filed but he still managed 11 points, eight boards, and four assists on top of his several clutch plays.

Following a 3-1 start, Magnolia has dropped back-to-back games.

Mark Barroca scored 16 points for the Hotshots while import Curtis Kelly and PJ Simon added 12 apiece.
