PBA: Surging Aces seek no. 1 vs. wounded Warriors
With a 6-1 record, Alaska is half a game behind idle Rain or Shine for first place. The Aces can tie if they take care of business against the NLEX Road Warriors in the main 7:00 p.m. game at the MOA Arena.

Alaska is white hot right now.

Winners of six straight games, the Aces can finally grab a share of the no. 1 spot if they can make it a lucky seven Friday in the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

With a 6-1 record, Alaska is half a game behind idle Rain or Shine for first place. The Aces can tie if they take care of business against the NLEX Road Warriors in the main 7:00 p.m. game at the MOA Arena.

NLEX is struggling right now and only has a 2-6 mark which is 11th in the standings.

In the first game at 4:30 p.m., the Meralco Bolts (5-2) look to climb the standings as well as they take on the cellar-dwelling Blackwater Elite (1-8).

The Bolts are half a game behind idle TNT for third place and Meralco can force a three-way tie for second if they win and the Aces lose.
