TNT and SMB get to test each other's mettle as the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup continues Saturday with a heavyweight Finals rematch from 2017.
San Miguel has reloaded by adding Christian Standhardinger to an already imposing frontline.
TNT has reloaded by adding Terrence Romeo to an already explosive backcourt.
Now the two teams get to test each other's mettle as the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup continues Saturday with a heavyweight Finals rematch from 2017.
The KaTropa, coming off a los to the Hotshots Wednesday, look for a bounce back win as they hope to keep in step with the conference leaders.
With a 6-2 mark, TNT is tied with Meralco for third and is one full game behind Rain or Shine and Alaska for no. 1.
The defending champion Beermen, also coming off a loss Wednesday, are the exact opposite.
With a 3-4 mark, San Miguel is barely holding on to the no. 8 spot in the standings and is only a half game ahead of no. 9 Phoenix and one full game on top of no. 10 Ginebra.
Safe to say, both TNT and SMB need to win. Tip off will be at 6:45 p.m. live from the MOA Arena.
In the first game at 4:30 p.m., Rain or Shine (7-1) battles Phoenix (3-5) in a game that also has crucial implications on both ends of the standings.
