PBA: Romeo, Lassiter ejected from TNT-SMB game
Both powerhouses got into it again Saturday in the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup, resulting in the early ejections of both Terrence Romeo and Marcio Lassiter.

Things are always tense between TNT and San Miguel.

Both powerhouses got into it again Saturday in the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup, resulting in the early ejections of both Terrence Romeo and Marcio Lassiter.

Things started late in the first half after Lassiter gave Romeo a hard foul.

Terrence didn't appreciate the gesture and got to the face of Marcio.

The two were given technical fouls for their trouble.

In the succeeding play, Romeo was fouled again and Terrence once again got into the face of Marcio by clapping in a provoking manner.

Lassiter took the bait and pushed off Romeo.

Both were given techical fouls again and were promplty ejected with 3:40 to go in the first half.

The KaTropa and the Beermen have a history in the Commissioner's Cup. Last year in the Finals, the series was marred by multiple incidents in separate games.

It appears that there's no love lost between the two PBA superpowers.

As of press time, the Beermen lead the KaTropa, 55-46, at the break.
