PBA: Ross on his techs:
"The technicals, I don't think I deserve them but the refs called them so I'll live with it, as long as my team wins," Ross said post-game.

In a matter of seconds late in the fourth quarter Sunday, Chris Ross got himself ejected from Game 2 of the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup Finals against Brgy. Ginebra.

As the Beermen were rolling to a pretty dominant bounce back win, Ross got his first technical foul for continuous complaining after teammate Arwind Santos also got ejected due to a flagrant foul penalty two.

The reigning Commissioner's Cup Best Player of the Conference then got his second tech for taunting, which came right after he got into it with Ginebra's Joe Devance.

The scuffle between the two was fortunately pacified before it had the chance to escalate into something ugly.

"The technicals, I don't think I deserve them but the refs called them so I'll live with it, as long as my team wins," Ross said post-game.

The fiery point guard finished with zero points in Game 2 but five other Beermen scored at least 20 points as San Miguel tied the best-of-7 at one game each.

Ross says it was one of the best games his team played all conference long but not for the obvious reasons.

"That was one of the best games we played all conference, I'm not even looking at offense, defensively we were right there," Ross said.

"Offensively, we know we can score but defense is what wins championships. Defensively, we were definitely at our best, everyone was locked in," he added.
